Let me give you the present of a very good talk. Not by me but by Lyssa Adkins. She is nothing less than the author you probably know by the book «Coaching Agile Teams».

In this talk Lyssa gave in the cas18, she goes through some ideas about organisations as ecosystems instead of machines, how we can have the level of mental complexity needed to understand what is needed and expected in those environments and how to improve our own coaching skills.

There is an underlying complexity of human interactions and nuances that some coaches many times ignore and ignore and reduce to processes and just pre-set standard techniques and Lyssa here challenges us to look deeper into it.
